The Old Dominion Chapter of The
National Spinal Cord Injury Association has been working to
improve the lives with those with spinal cord injuries and disease in
the Richmond area since 1948. Our mission is to enable people with
spinal cord injuries and disease to achieve their highest level of
health, independence and quality of life. ODC/NSCIA provides services to
individuals, family members, and friends of those with injuries, as well
as professionals working in spinal cord injury and disability-related
fields.
Membership to ODC/NSCIA is free and is open to both Civilians and
Veterans. ODC/NSCIA publishes a quarterly newsletter, “ODC News”, and
meets at 5:30 on the third Tuesday of every month at Health South Rehab,
5700 Fitzhugh Ave, Richmond, VA 23226. For information or to become
